Few portfolio managers were offering individualized attention to each asset or providing reliable, first-hand knowledge of South Florida’s diverse neighborhoods. Moreover, single-property acquisitions were seldom managed effectively to mitigate risk and maximize returns.

Recognizing this untapped potential, Mr. Cervera founded Cervera Real Estate Ventures with a mission to combine rigorous acquisition criteria, strategic partnerships, and hands-on property management.

  • Javier Cervera

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Javier Cervera, a Miami native, has been deeply involved in real estate throughout his life. Javier began his career in 1986, holding roles such as Sales Manager and Acquisitions Analyst. In 2005, he launched his own firm, Cervera Real Estate Ventures, focusing on the acquisition and management of income producing properties, including retail/shopping centers, apartment buildings, and warehouses. His philosophy of combining promising opportunities with the right capital resources to acquire them has been instrumental to the company’s current and ongoing growth.

  • Sergio Quinonez

    DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / HEAD ANALYST

    As a results-oriented professional with a broad range of experience that spans all phases of business development, finance, marketing, and real estate, Sergio Quiñonez brings an innovative entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic to the Cervera Real Estate Ventures Team. His talent for smart, creative problem solving is at the core of the firm’s unique property management approach, and is instrumental in optimizing value and returns of properties within the company’s portfolio.

    Dynamic and solutions-driven, Jorge Fuste brings decades of leadership and hands-on experience to the Cervera Real Estate Ventures team. Born and raised in Miami, his deep-rooted understanding of the city’s evolution fuels his strategic insight and local market expertise. Jorge’s collaborative approach and proven track record of execution make him a valuable asset in driving growth and delivering results across the firm’s portfolio.

  • Kevin Martinez

    AQUISITIONS

    Kevin Martinez began his real estate career in the commercial sector, working across various areas including land acquisition, retail, and income-producing assets such as apartment buildings and industrial sites. His experience spans multiple municipalities within Miami-Dade County, as well as other regions in Florida and Northern Georgia. Over time, the relationships he built opened numerous opportunities within the real estate industry. In May 2024, Kevin joined Cervera RE Ventures, where his focus shifted to align with the company’s core mission.

    With a disciplined approach and strong financial acumen, Cameron Cervera plays a key role in driving performance and oversight as an Asset Manager at Cervera Real Estate Ventures.
